    Please take this into consideration if you dont want to loose a valuable customer. I have placed a order with snapdeal for a wallet, but the order was cancelled by snapdeal on auto basis.
    I was available for receiving the delivery and it was not cancelled by me.

    I did not got any satisfactory abswer from snapdeal side.

    I still expect a call from some senior snapdeal representative to hear my grievance.

    Otherwise, you surely lost a valuable customer.

    I am Madhu Bhasin and I have purchased DVD (PHILIPHS DVP 3608) from snapdeal and my order no is-9748198658.I am regular customer.I received my order on 3-11-2015 and on the same day I launched my complaint that I received newspaper instead of DVD.I got a call from GARIMA side for verification and I told her I received newspaper but she told me we are unable to entertain your complaint.We are going to close this complaint from our end afterthat I told her what do you mean I am lieing then she told me DO WHAT YOU WANT but we are not going to take any action against your complaint.She is very rude on call and she has no mannerisms to talk with customers.

    I lost my hopes and I will never by from now on words anything through idiot snapdeal.....

  11. I have purchased JBL Speakers with Woofer on Nov 3, 2015 Order number 9787774202 and the same was delivered in a weeks time. After receiving the same I have tried to connect using Bluetooth and failed to connect the same as the device is not searchable with my laptop not my samsung mobile phones (S3 and Core). I have tried to connect my Sony LED using optical cable and sound quality is bad from woofers and output is very low. I have raised the complaint of the same and Snapdeal is unable to give service and the numbers mentioned on the product box and websites are not reacheable. Sanpdeal wants the jobsheet from the product company and I am not able to reach them and neither Snapdeal is willing to help to reach them. I have not option now and go the legal route and claim my refund.

  20. Hellow frdzz don't go for purchase any thing from Snapdeal. Its actually Frauddeal. its very shame to said that i was a regular customer of it.

    I ordered 5 items (Sandel, Microchip, Mobile cover, temptted glass and Microsoft Lumia 640xl Mobile phone )on 6th Nov-15 7 paid in Credit card. But when I rcved the box on 12.11.2015 it was in Empty. .at the time of opening the box all my company friend are there and they all are witness. immediately I called and mail to customer care and share all details. the delivery boy was agreed that the box was in light weight Customer care side always said that they will resolve the issue with in 48hr but they never did a single call .
    But today when I called agained they are saying that my complained was rejected reference no-12797718. when I asked they are not sharing anything also not provide the confirmation in mail.
    They are also agreed the issue is from their side. if issue is from Snapdeal then why I pay of it. Now they were refused to refund amount/product to me. also refused to share the investigation data.

    Rs13000/- is one month salary of mine. For AMM DAMI side 13000/- is a big amt. Pls think about it frdzz and share to all your circle and Stop Shopping from snapdeal.

  22. Hi Mr.Kunal! I am a regular customer of Snapdeal . but sorry to say that this time i have been harassed by your people. On product i have purchased vide order number : 7358451432, but this product is not a genuine product i found. Brand has been given as Leecooper shoe brand but in practical, it is not the genuine one. when I have contacted call center and mailed so many times, the reply is not satisfactory. when i checked this, they are saying we cant call back the product and help me on this. Might be they are dealing with such outlets/vendors with some personal benefits. i am regular users of leecooper brand but never i faced such type of problem or harassment. if this type of product is being delivered by SNAPDEAL THEN people will loose trust on you as you are having. i have referred so many friends to snapdeal but i have been harassed now.     In the last “Mega sale” by snapdeal I have purchased some products and got a coupon voucher of Rs 500. It has five different coupons amounting 100 each. These coupons has a limited validity period and can be redeemed only once.
    On a further purchase from Snapdeal, I have applied the snap deal promo code for redemption but the transaction was cancelled because failure status from the credit card company. When tried to re-initiate the transaction and applied the promo code, I got the message that the promo code got expired.
    There after I have emailed my concern and received a call from Snapdeal. The very first answer got is that the promocode status can not be reverted, because in the terms and conditions it is written that it can be used only once and this is not the fault of snap deal, because Snapdeal had applied the promocode successfully. After a 10 minute long argument with the service executive he agreed allow me a cash back in freecharge wallet. He also mentioned that, if the customer cancels the transaction due to some other reason, he would not be able to enjoy the cashback benefit of the promocode, as it would have been successfully applied by Snapdeal software by then. So when the customer would initiate another transaction and would try to apply the promocode, he would get a message that the promocode is invalid.
    And this is the turning point where there is a great opportunity for Snapdeal to fool around the customer. Because, either the software architects who have designed this module have missed such scenarios or it is an intentional business directive to fool around the customers and gain the benefit.
    like I have faced the situation, most of other customers would definitely have faced such situations. If we roughly take the count of customers to 100K who have faced this situation then, the amount comes to 1 Crore which is a straight benefit to Snapdeal.
    Mr. Bhal, even though you are a great entrepreneur you must respect the other’s money, and ask your subordinates to handle such loopholes for a better customer relationship instead of harassing the customers by call centre executives . Also please encourage transparency, which would definitely build the confidence in your brand.

    Sir, After waiting too long, I am directly writing to you seeking positive response in fever of me. I ordered "iBall Claro TV 18 Tuner / AV / FM Radio" through Snap-deal on 13th oct. Order ID 9045555934. But they delivered wrong product. So I returned the product to Snap-deal and they promised me as soon as they received the product, will initiate the refund to my bank account. The pickup was held by snap-deal and manual pickup was not needed.




    The product has been already received at Kolkata Warehouse on November 6th 2015 and shared all the required details to Snap-deal. But still the refund process has not been initiated to me till this time. My last complaint reference number is 13930866.




    So I get in touch with you. I hope you will accept my request and be kind enough to help me get the refund as soon as possible.

    This is to apprise you that I have bought a Karbonn Mobile last year on 12th Dec'2014 under order number 3972366376. When I bought this product at that time you run a promotion of 15 months warranty with Karbonn Android Mobile.
    But the warranty period is not mentioned on invoice. I have visited the service center on 19th December but they didn't accept the bill and informed the product is now out of warranty however product is came with 15 months warranty.
    I have contacted many times to Snapdeal regarding the invoice & got the same invoice however I personally mailed on your help desk on the same concern but they asked about SNAPSHOT of promotion.
    I don't think that Brand like Snap deal ask this stupid question from a customer.
    Promotion was running by Snapdeal & Karbonn but you didn’t provide any document of warranty. Now I have been facing problem in mobile & try to get the resolution(invoice) from you people.
    The service in local market its just about 500 -1000 bucks, its hardly matter but I get to know that SNAPDEAL is unable to provide services to their customers.
    Infact, your customer care executive is able to check the product details on your webpage(with the help of Order number & confirmed that product is having 15 months warranty and informed that they arrange the invoice (Check the voice log on 27th Dec’15 in your records) however your help desk executive asked about snapshot.
    In this scenario, you need to replace the product however I asked you about invoice.
    I would expect a poitive response from your end.

I am a loyal customer of SNAPDEAL, I have ordered a mobile through SNAPDEAL, bearing g Order ID: 11015883731 and got delivered on 12th Jan 2016.Product which you have delivered me is a defective product, with having battery issue,drains within an hour and hanging issues and every time mobile restarts. For the same I have requested for replacement of the product on the same day. Till now there was no proper response from your team, I contacted many times to your call center and finally today one person called me and asking me to go the Lenovo Service center. If I having time and health condition is all right I could have bought from the mobile shop, why I should order through SNAPDEAL? This is the service you are providing to the customer?     I regret to say that I am receiving a pathetic service from Snapdeal currently.

    I have ordered a Product long back which was supposed to be delivered by 26th Jan' 2016. Initially I had been told to co-ordinate with your courier partner Vulcan Express for the delay. The AWB number provided to me is incorrect.

    -I am not able to track my Order using the link provided by Snapdeal, which is a shame. This is a very basic thing which should work ideally.

    -Your Executives doesn't seem to be active enough as they have no updates on the tickets. Infact I provide them with the udpates which is shameful.

    -To my surprise today I had been told that the would co-ordinate with Vulcan Express and get my product delivered in next 7 days. I wonder what kind of cheap stuff is going on over here.

    -Have few words with your staff regarding OrderId: 11209094569 and you will get to know what nonsense is going on over here.

    -I am the most dissatisfied customer of yours. Tell me what can you do for me.

    I had placed three orders listed below on 23rd Jan'16 post checking with Call center on the offer published on the site and unfortunately I haven't received any freebie that is buy 1 get 1 offer which was published..I have given all the status and issues and above in one of the sub-order I have received used product on which also I have received more than 10 calls..net net I have received more than 100 calls till now and none of the rep is aware how to check the promotion and were debating with him and at the last I have escalated to the category manager and he comes back that compliance team has updated that my account is compromised...let me make clear not sure how many days your team and snapdeal will cheat people by promoting false promotions and revert back saying that show the proof..I would advice to get your team get in to the issue and let me know what they need to get this resolved..for sure I want to take this to consumer court for sure if doesn't resolves.

My name is kamaljit.My concern is i was trying to make a purchase of a Women boots on SNAPDEAL.COM on 29th jan 2016 i made the payment from my account but the amount got debited but order was not confimerd on payment page its shows ERROR.Immediatly I Contacted Snapdeal customer Support they sai wait for 20 mints amount will be auto refunded i said ok......then after 2hours i called up again they said amount will be refunded within 24 hours...i waited again said its ok....the after 24 hours one lady from snapdeal team called me and said the same thing " YOUR MONEY IS SAVE WITH US BUT IT WILL BE REFLECTING WITHIN 48 HOURS" i said ok......they was making me fool every time only just giving me TAT And TAT Not the resolution and even not ,my money as well..on the same day i orderd COD Product that product deliverd but not my money...Still M Waiting....Now My Next Step Will be Legal and The Same Thing Will Be posted on Social media....M Very Very much fed up by doing follow ups of my money...

  48. I want to share one of my Worst Experiences with Snapdeal recently. I am very much dissapointed with the Snapdeal customer service Hyderabad, India.

    I have ordered a IPhone 5S in the recent past (Dec 2015) and have cancelled it. But I have not recieved my Refund till date. I have tried reaching out to Snapdeal,Hyderabad for resolution since last 15 days back to back and I get the same response "Please give us 24 hours" every time I call. Is this the way Snapdeal trouble its Customers??? Y does it take so long time to just refund the amount????

    I am sending this mail to you b'coz I am so frustrated and pissed off with your customer support Centre. Recently I booked one complain with snapdeal help desk but i don't received a single revert call from snapdeal help desk yet.

    Complain date was 4 feb 2016, after putting a mail to them i got one revert mail that we contact you within 48 hours but i am still waiting for their call. Don't you think that your customer support harassing people and manipulating the image of SNAPDEAL in the eyes of your customers. As i am the regular customer of yours so i never expect this kind of behavior from your customer support side.

    I lost the amount of Rs. 6098/- which had been transferred to snapdeal account on 21 Dec 2015 without buying any thing from sanpdeal. And i am just asking for the clarification that why it happened but no one helping me out in this.

    And the really amazing thing is that, according to your customer care my mail id and contact number is not registered with snapdeal, but i am informing you that from the same mail id and contact number i ordered one phone (PANASONIC P81) on 11 Nov 2014 and for that Order ID is : 3534233690. Still i am able to check this information from my snapdeal account and customer support is saying that mail id is not registered with them.

    If this is the kind of CUSTOMER SUPPORT you have than it is better to close your CUSTOMER SUPPORT, so that customer will not depend on you people instead they help them self.

    My account statement is attached in this mail, plz go through the same and if possible return me my money back or else i knock the door of someone else.

    I am dropping this mail because its only you who can help me out in this matter.

  51. With great disappointment and displeasure, I am forced to write you about the order number 1174282191 which is a perfect case of how your inefficient and ignorant executives are causing totally bad online shopping experience with Snapdeal to a regular customer of Snapdeal!

    I am writing this email to you to bring a matter of failure (poor services) in your knowledge as I am really very disappointed with the services I got this time.

    I had placed the order of a "United Colors Of Benetton Beige Regular Fit Trousers" vide order number 11742821913.

    The product was delivered to us and after unpacking and examining the trouser, I came to know that in place of Regular Fit Trouser, a Slim Fit Trouser was delivered to me.

    I had reported this matter and sent the return request to Snapdeal. The photo proof of the product mentioning the wrong fit was also sent through email.

    But surprisingly the return request had been rejected by your executives stating that the correct product has been delivered to me.

    Despite my continuous requests to Snapdeal's totally inefficient and highly ignorant executives to accept the return request since the trouser is fitting very tight, they had refused to return the said product saying that you have been changing your statements and reasons the return the product.

    Since, Snapdeal always record the conversation between the executives and the customer, I request you to go through the very first conversation regarding the return held between me and your executive wherein I had clearly told the executive that no matter whether the correct product has been delivered or not, since the fit of the trouser is tight to me, hence please initiate the return process of this order.

    Since then I had been mentally harassed by your executives each time I had escalated the matter, always stating that since the correct product has been delivered they are unable to return the product.

    To my continuous requests to give the contact of the nodal officer for complaint escalation and resolution, nobody has shown the courtesy to reply properly. I had been asking to connect me with senior executives for discussion over this matter but nobody is ready to connect further.

    I had a product in my hand which is not fit to me, then also I am being forced to accept with all sort of absurd reasons.

    This is totally unacceptable to me. Hence, I have decided to cancel all the pending orders till the time Snapdeal corrects the mistake of its executives and provide proper remedy.

    The issues with the product are as follows:
    1.The sound quality is extremely poor.The original sony product has an amazing sound quality.
    2.The product came without any packing..I mean the usb cable and aux cable are tied together with one small wire.Is this ever possible with original and new product..?? Moreover, the fake headphones and the wires together were put in one torned Sony plastic bag. The original product has amazing packing.So,the seller has sent the fake product that too the used ones...!!!
    3.There is small mark on the left ear headphone
    4.There is no yellow warranty sticker, no mrp sticker, no sony barcode and no product guide with the product. Sony clearly mentions that if the product is original,you will get all of these with the new and original product.

    To add fuel to the fire, when we complaint about it to customer care they are asking us to go to the sony centre and get in written that the product is not original.How can a shopkeeper give us the written feedback when he has not sold us the product ??And if we have to go to the showroom and inquire about the product, then why will i buy it online???

    How would I know that Snapdeal sends fake products otherwise I would have recorded the video of opening the package.
    By keeping my money I am just being robbed in a way.

    I have placed order for Cell mate mobile phone cover, charger, OTG cable and a temper glass vide order id 11744412296 on 14th Feb by using a Promo code thereby getting a 200/- discount on Valentines day.
    On receipt I have fixed the temper glass on my wife's newly purchased mobile phone and noticed that the size was small. I immediately called snapdeal customer care adviser and he suggested to return the pack we will replace the item. I checked twice and taken a confirmation that I am only interested in replacement and not a refund. If this product is not available than I am fine by not sending the product and can purchase from the market and get it fixed, but I was compelled to return for a replacement.
    Since than everyday I am getting e-mails and SMS that they have not received NEFT details for processing the refund.
    I called up snapdeal adviser many times and they have agreed to replace the product and a fresh request was raised on 28th Feb at 3.44 PM and till now I have not received the product and when I call snapdeal I am told that your request for replacement has been cancelled without assigning any reason and saying that Rs 399/- will be refund and no promo code will be given.
    Everyday I am calling snapdeal and no satisfactory response is provided.
    Please advise, why should a customer be penalised for none of his fault.
    If this continues than be rest assured that many people will switch over from Snapdeal to some other customer focused e-com site.

  75. I ordered one item from snapdeal. Product cut off date is 23March 2016. Product was not delivered to me. Regarding my product snapdeal not given any call message or Mail to me. I called snapdeal paid number and ask why my product is not delivered to me then costumer care employe told me some Courier service problem is there so we enable to delivered your product. I raised complain on 24March 2016 (snapdeal didn't Info me your product is not delivered i called snapdeal paid number) employe promised me within 24hrs of time our consent Department team gibe you call and resolve you problem. After 24hrs i waited for snapdeal call but i didn't found any call from snapdeal first fake promised given by snapdeal employe. Now i again called snapdeal paid number and i ask what is the status of my complain they told there no complain raise by me. First employe given me totally fake promises. After that i launched complain again and 2nd employe given me promise and given assurance that you will get reward by our concent team next 24hrs. Again i waited for 24 hrs but same thing is repeat i didn't get any call from snapdeal costumer care. Now i got frustrated i call to snapdeal i told every thing then snapdeal employe told me don't raise your Voice i will disconnect the call 2 times i got fake promises so i was frustrated then i told him i want to complain against snapdeal for mental harassment and mental torture given by snapdeal employees. He (sagar snapdeal employe name) told whatever you want to do do.... and he stared dhamki and abusing me. I warn him(sagar employe name if snapdeal) i am snapdeal costumer and because of us only your buisness is running. Sagar disconnect my call. Once again i called to the costumer care now 4th employe taken my call again from staring i told him regarding my problem and i ask him for compensation for harass me.again He told 24hrs time wait we will reward you. But unfortunately same thing repeatsnapdeal didn't contact me back. I called again to snapdeal paid number one lady employe taken my call again 1hr i told regarding my issue. I called that lady employe of snapdeal around 2pm 26march 2016.she told me i will make call arrange for me from higher authorities before 6pm 26 March 2016. I told her i am tired and frustrated from your false commitment.she told sir definitely you will get call from snapdeal dont worry and she disconnect the call. I waited for 7pm again i called to snapdeal one lady employe of snapdeal she given me dead line 6pm 26March 2016 within this period of time i will get the call from snapdeal regarding my issue. Now 6th employe of snapdeal told meTHERE NO SUCH COMPLAIN RAISED BY THAT LADY EMPLOYE .I LITERALLY SO MUCH FRUSTRATED THIS TIME ...THIS WHAT THE FAKE PROMISESS AND RUDELY BEHAVIOR BY SNAPDEAL COSTUMER CARE EMPLOYEES.     This was my first transaction with snapdeal and the experience is so bad that i have to think 100 time going with snapdeal.I
    i had purchased with Amazon before and they delivered in 4days.

    Greetings of the day. As I purchased an intex aqua young phone having order no as 12125506399. From last one month o have registered several complaints and called many times to ur customer care cell, but it is still under process what type of services Snapdeal is providing??
    After that the phone which I have purchased of intex brand first time through Snapdeal trusting that if any issue arise your return policy would help me, but inspite of helping it has made me frustrated. In your policy it is mentioned in bigger lines" 7 day easy return policy" so by trusting on this & Snapdeal I have purchased phone.
    Now it company asking to take in written form service centre that this phone is faulty.
    Sir he is having franchise of intex service centre & directly told me that if I give anything in written intex would take that money from me so this phone is good, also this is the quality of intex.
    Sir
    1-touch is not good as compare to other brand phone of this price range.
    2- only it is connecting WiFi if full signal is there means some sensor weakness is there.
    3 hanging.
    If I purchased it offline I could check whether phone is good or not? But on trusting Snapdeal I purchased this phone after opening the packet and operating it we realised problems.
    U can learn from flipkart he never have such terms like u have to take in written.
    Sir what if somebody not aware of intex brand & purchased it hoping that it is best because sold by Snapdeal.
    I know you are having good revenue but customer like me if got unsatisfied it would surely affect u indirectly.
    Hope u will arrange return for the product.

    This is in regards to my order ID 12302816505.Nyasa dinner set for ruppes 2176 .due to bad quality.i requested for refund they put the refund in some free charge account with out of my knowledge.later i was advised by snapdeal to add my bank info online and transfer funds from freecharge to my bank account. i tried several times and each time it got failed.i wrote to ( care@freecharge.in and care@freecharge.com ) but i kept getting automatic replies with no resolution. i esclated to multiple snapdeal supervisors but no one took accountibility to help me and kept giving run around. its going to be a month after 4 days and my money is still not credited in my bank account.and now it does not show on free charge balalnce either.you represent a big brand don't spoil the image of it by having bad supervisprs like ( Pushpinder, Deepak,Imran and many other representatives who giving playing blame game and misleading info.i request you to please look in to this matter and help me in refunding my money back in my bank account.

    You can very well imagine the kind of trouble and harassment I have to face due to mishandling of a small complaint that I have to write a mail to you instead of sorting it out with your customer care which is next to useless in providing solutions and on top of it doesn’t want to escalate the problem to anyone in higher management. The automated system to redress complains is not adequate enough for certain complaints and there should have been a way to reach someone higher up.

    I would like to bring to your notice the following.

    3. I had ordered a product (Carlton London Gold Sandals) which I returned but for which the refund went to an email id Shailaja.b@international.net
    4. I have complained to customer care at least 10times but none of them have given me any results although all provided with solutions which never worked.
    5. Each time I demanded to discuss it with senior people I was told that they are not available and I was not even provided an e-mail id to write to someone for the same.
    6. There is another refund problem which I was following up. Again for last two months The registered no. For that is 9953000600. Again same results as to my complaints of the above mentioned products.

    All I can say is that I have been buying products from Snapdeal but after going through such a pathetic complaint handling procedure I would have to think twice before buying anything through Snapdeal.

    Few days before I placed an order (order no. 12662504260) from your esteemed organisation on 04.04.16 with tracking no. 768122317 in ecom express. But due to unavoidable circumstances I unable to receive the percel on 10.04.16 & reshedule it on 11.04.16 morning. Your excutive has also agreed to give that on 11.04.16 & having a telephonic conversation with snapdeal customer care I know that the courier will come on 11.04.16 . I wait for it through out the morning on that very day. I think that Time is more valuable than money . But many people don't give such valuation. Hence till now I have not received the order.
    Please look after the matter and take necessary action to get the courier in no time and must let me know when it will come through phone.

    I went to Karbonn Service Centre in Noida. As per them this product do not belong to Karbonn Jaina, Its Karbonn UTL whose service Centre is not in Noida.



    Secondly, Karbonn service centre said you directly deal with Snapdeal, service cannot provide any Job card for this. They told me to talk to Snapdeal customer care.



    I told them that I am struggling with you guys. I am not getting any help from Snapdeal.



    Now, you tell me its almost a month now and I am not getting any help from you guys. I can share the Karbonn service centre no. If you want to talk to them.



    Now tell me what to do. I am struggling with this. My biggest mistake, I bought a product from Snapdeal.

    I order this product on 09/05/2016., the next day i inform to your customer care person. I said this product need very urgently.He told me you have to pay extra 99 rupees for next day delivery. I agreed that also. but today is 20/05/2016 still now iam not receive my ordered product. i spoke to your customer advisor person more that 6 times. He replied quit simply 'today itself you can get your product'. Pls check the above my numbers in your caller history, how may times i was call you. You people and the bluedart peoples are make me like a fool. Pls stop this worst behaviour with atlast me.
    Please don't make customers as a fool by your fake commitments.
    Do you one thing, I have planned for my official works with this drilling machine with tool kit. these are much delayed. i dont know how do answer my colleagues. Pls advice your people don't make customer as like fool.

    Because of your fake commitment i lost my time as well as money.
    I lost my hopes., even i want to ask this question at last.
    Pls make me ensure when i will get my product with exact delivery date. This time iam expecting from you on true words.

  153. I ordered 3M Antipollution Face Mask vide ordered ID 13413664032 on 23.5.2016.
    I got an item on 26.5.2016 but on opening the packet it was found to contain 3M Ear Plugs.
    I immediately registered for Refund Request vide Ticket ID 24135090.
    The courier boy came for pick up but refused to take as it is a different item then what mentioned in invoice.
    It is surprising that in your helpline number there is no provision of talking with Customer Care Executive.
    I request please help me either in getting refund or replacement with exact item.

    I had ordered One EH-ND11 Hair Dryer vide order No. 13567721723 on dated 02/06/2016. Till date i have not received the same and am continue following ups the same. Yesterday i had received the mail from your customer services that the same product delivered to some unknown person and his ID proof number mentioned on the same. To whom he delivered the same or courier guy cheated the same nobody can known till date. Today i received call from you customer care and he rudely talk to me and told very clearly that we had delivered the product and not it.s your duty to find out the same or directly call to courier company. Is it my duty to call to courier company or find out the product to whom he wrongly delivered the same

    It,s my humble request to you please investigate the same and send the product to me or refund the same to me.
