Aditya Roy Kapur is a Popular Indian film actor. He was started his career as a VJ on Channel V and became famous for his unique ways of hosting various shows on the channel. He maked his film debut with a minor role in London dreams. He rose to prominence in 2013 by played the male lead in the highly successful romantic drama Aashiqui 2.
Aditya Roy Kapur was born on 16 Novermber 1985 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He has get his education from the prestigious G.D.Somani Memorial School in Cuffe Parade Mumbai and completed his graduation from St. Xavier College Mumbai. During his childhood he wanted to become a cricketer. He likes to collected matchboxes though he doesnt smoke. He is the son of Salome Roy Kapur the winner of Miss India 1972 little a dancer by profession. Aditya Roy Kapur is half Jewish and half Punjabi. His mother has also modelled for cadbury, Godrej, ITC, Taj Mahal Tea, Century Mills etc. She has also acted in Tuhi Meri Zindagi opposite Deb Mukherjee. Aditya has two elder brothers Siddharth Roy Kapur and Kunaal Roy Kapur. He wanted to be a cricketer but he quit cricket coaching classes after sixth standard and he has choosed acting roles in bollywood. He is Unmarried and Present days he is dating VJ Rhea Chakroborthy.
