Bhim Singh was born on 17 august 1937 in jammu and kashmir. Bhim Singh is already as a college student political activist going on hunger strike as early as 1959. Bhim Singh is an indina politician activist lawyer and author. he is leader of the jummu and kashmir national panthers party (jknpp) a politician organisation based in india and the state of jummu and kashmir. he founded the party in 1982 and th eits was chairman for 30 year until 2012when he nominated his nephew in place. he has held several key posts in the indian youth congress such as vice president general secretary and president of jammu and kasmir state youth congress.


Bhim Singh has been the elected member of the jammu and kashmir legislative assembly from chenani ghordi. Bhim Singh fron the village of bhugterian near ramnagar is a descendant of the wazir and general zorawar singh of the royal dogra clan referred to by historians as conqueror of ladakh and the napoleon of india for his 19th century conquests of the himalayan kingdoms.
