Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu is an Indian politician and the current Railway Minister of India under the Narendra Modi Government. He is a chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Prabhu has been a repeatedly elected Member of Parliament from Rajapur Lok Sabha constituency in Maharashtra as a member of teh Shiv Sena political Party. He quit Shiv Sena and joined BJP on 9 November 2014. He currently represents Andhra Pradesh in Upper House of Indian Parliament.
He was born on 11 July 1953 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Suresh Prabhu completed his high school from Sharadashram Vidya Mandir, Dadar, Mumbai followed by a Bachelor in Commerce with Honours from M.L. Dahanukar College, Vile Parle, Mumbai. He receive Bachelor in Law Degree from the New Law College, Mumbai. He is a chartered Accountant and a member of the institute of Chartered accountants of India. He was All India 11th rank holder in CA Exam. He is married to Uma Prabhu and they have a son Ameya Prabhu. Suresh Prabhu currently resides in Delhi and is a native of Maharashtra.

    I found unbelievable time schedule of a passenger train which travels 2 km in 37 minutes. While bullet trains must be dream, improving these shameful system may be given top priority.

G5 attendent seat & allother space right side gate block by the trunk many item rpf anand vihar staff ,pantry person its material in g5 beding roll space full by pantry material & coach attendent some money in 300 rs give to rpf staff. sailing the seat by many person in train praveen porwal 9415416920 .

    माननीय रेल मंत्री महोदय लछमणगढ तहसील के नरोदड़ा गांव मे रेल्वे क्रॉसिंग के पास खुले मे सोच किया जाता है ओर कचरा एवं काफी गंदगी फैलाते है इसके बारे मे सीकर मे बार बार शिकायत की गई मगर अधिकारी सब कुछ जानते हुए भी कोई क्रायवाही नही करते है अतः माननिय आपसे निवेदन है की रेल्वे बाउंड्री मे निकलने वाले अवैध रास्तो को बंद किये जाये वर्ना अवैध रास्तो के कारण कभी भी कोई हादसा हो सकता है नरोदड़ा 20 नम्बर फाटक के पास है अवैध रास्ता ।।

    गाड़ी संख्या 13237 पटना कोटा सुपर फास्ट जो 06-06-2017 को 11:50 में पटना से कोटा के लिए जानेवाली थी अभी तक नही आई है यह अच्छे दिन का शुभ संकेत नही है लोगों से बात करने के बाद पता चला कि यह गाड़ी कभी भी अपने नियत समय से नही चलती |
    निवेदन पूर्वक कहना है कि इस संदर्भ में ध्यान देने की जरूरत है .

    Sir,

    Recently I travelled in Train from Fardabad to Sabji Mandi and Adarsh Nager rout, on my way to Jammu.

    To great my disappointment I noticed that all the sides of railway track are dumped with full of plastic waste
    paper cups and plastic bottles, plates and trays. Similar sight are seen near by all Indian Railway Stations ,
    Even though railway kept dust bin in A/C coaches. Unfortunately no such dust bins are provided in Non A/c coaches. Here I am
    furnishing some suggestion to improve the clenliness of track and to indroduce real "Swatch Bharath
    at least in these area.

    1. Impose Fine atleast Rs.500 those who throw plastic bottles and other plastic wastes in train and railway tracks .
    2. Ban usage of plastic plates and bottles in train
    3. Privide reusable glass bottles to supply tea and coffee and steel plates for supplyig meals
    and breakfast and snacks with a minimum Rs.1 or 2 as cleaning charges.
    4. Educate passengers by the way of advertisement in closed circuit TV provided in leading stations the importance
    of clenliness and the after effect of plastic. Passengers carrying cooked food shoud have tiffin carrier, and not
    allow to carry the food in polythene cover or butter paper.

    not getting my refund from Indian railways as we both travelled from Panvel to Pune station by pragati express
    and we have reserved 1 st class sitting bogie but as the same bogie was cancelled we have to travel by 2 nd class
    unreserved coach, I have mailed all the details to the authority but still no response.
